You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “Order”) by completing the staged process on the website: adding product to your shopping basket, adding your Payment details and confirmation of the Order.
Upon receipt of your Order, we will send you an Order acknowledgement email to the email address you provided, containing details of the Goods ordered. This email is only to acknowledge that your Order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
We must receive full payment of the price of the Goods and any applicable delivery charges before The Moon Up Above accepts any offers. All charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling and, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of UK VAT and other applicable UK taxes. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process. The actual price charged to overseas customers are subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit/debit card company.
Purchase and deliveries of orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Running Hare Limited harmless from and against all losses, claims, damages, expenses and costs, including attorneys’ fees resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions.
